This is a shot that I have been trying for years. I think it came out ok. Earlier or later in the day would probably make the sky a little nicer. It was hard to get good detail and color on the trunks without blowing out the sky. Very minimal PP. Taken at Mueller State Park in Colo., on the western side of Pike's Peak. If anyone has some tips for an up-the-tree-trunk shot, I would love to read them. DW

Looks nice but the light isn´t at it´s best. Perhaps wit for the sun to be lower?
Tip for the sky: play with the luminance of the blue´s to see what happens.
