This particular shed was built in 1902 as a 12 stand and at its peak was shearing some 46,000 sheep in the early to mid 1920's.
The industry today is very much a shadow of what it was once was....a great pity inmho. There is nothing better than merino woollen apparel (pullover) for comfort and warmth.

This is another shot of the same scene, cropped down a bit to get rid of a distraction.....processing is using NIK (yes, I have a new toy)
