I hope you'll forgive me - I used a Canon (PowerShot G2) for this shot - taken about 4 or 5 years ago.

It's a photo of my cousin's little girl - Rylee. I've always loved this photo. Just thought I'd share.

Yeah that's cool. Nice colours, but not over-saturated. And of course, breaking "the rules" give it real dynamism.

Thanks! I'm totally breaking the correct space rule here, but I think that makes this photo special. Kind of makes you think - "I wonder where she's going next??"

I could probably clone that post out of her head, though . . .

yeah... breaking the rules, but apparently that's ok as long as you know you're breaking them? it works. i get the impression that she just refuses to stay in the frame... moving so quickly. there's definitely more energy to it this way, and the expression on her face is priceless. good colors as well.
