Yes, another boring sunrise....but take heart....I hung around to see it set too...just for you.

Of course I did.

Such lovely colors in the sky. Thanks for staying from sunrise to sunset just for us. We appreciate it.

Beautiful Jim. It really is as much about the "f8 (or 7.1) & be there" factor as anything else . I now have a camera of some sought in each car, capable of taking a half decent shot...or at least thought I did....when recently driving home from the shop I was greeted by thunderstorm cloud with several layers and sun appeared to be setting in the middle of it, throwing up this spectacular "tunnel" of light...it really was unique. Pulled over and reached for my emergency camera to capture this moment and then remembered, yep, took it out of the car to down load something, and it was sitting home connected to the computer.

One day I will sought this out.....one day!

Thanks Susan, I was thinking of you actually, getting up early and walking dogs etc (Norm tucked up in bed, nice n warm )....so it was the least I could do.

Well Dave......you'll just have to get your butt over here and show me how to do it then ! I'm sure Katie has her fare saved up by now, and I know Karen was packing when we were there, so its only you holding the team back buddy

Thanks for dropping by guys.
Cheers.

I think you should form a sunrise club Grant, I would enjoy viewing your photos as the sun sets.
