Great series. Nice compositions/angles and good use of the rocks to create foreground interest.

I really like the shots, esp #3 and 4, but the first shot seems odd from a composition standpoint. Maybe in my eyed the shoreline is working like the horizon line so there is go much balance top to bottom, even though there really isnt.

I am thinking closer to the rocks to bring the horizon line down would be worth trying kinda like you did in #2, and maybe even hyperfocussing if possible.

Just my 2 cents.

Thanks for the tips Buddha! I will remember next time. I forgot to mention I also used a GND filter. 2 stop.

Gorgeous shots, these really bring back the feel and memories of Vancouver beaches for me.
