OK guys and gals... here is my second attempt with the Tamron 70-300mm with the 2xTC and 1.4xTC to get a decent Moon Shot.

ISO400, f/4 1/1000 still using the 840mm setup. PP in lightroom and cleaned up in CS3. Full frame resized 25%.

Welcome to the moonies.
Good shot. We tend to use f11 @ 1/250. Saves post processing to get brightness up and keep good contrast.
