$10 buck Sears Auto Lens
Lens: Sears Auto 135mm f2.8 Camera: K5 IIs Photo Location: Uuuuuutah

So, I bought this lens a few years ago to see if I would use a lens at the 135mm range. I purchased it for $10 bucks, not too shabby! I dusted it off today just to try it out and I have been pleasantly surprised! Let me know what you guys/gals think!

What A Deal!

Hello Mr. Tibbs,
Well, you found an interesting lens there, and at that price you got a bargain!
Overall it's got nice color rendering and a soft contrast that should be good for portraits and close-up, short DOF nature shots. The bokeh is somewhat jittery at the apertures shown in a couple of photos, might be different stopped up or down.
Is this the macro version? If so, it's capable of the infamous 'halo' so prominent in macro mode (I have that version) but otherwise seems similar. I haven't used mine enough in non-macro mode to tell for sure.
You got a good deal!
Ron
