It's been a year since our trip to Iceland... time to take another look at some of the old shots and see what I might do differently this time around. Here's one from the glacial lagoon, Jokulsarlon, on the south coast of Iceland. If Iceland isn't on your bucket list, it sure should be!

Thanks Dave, and I liked your Deadwood shots. I drove through the Black Hills a few years ago but opted to go the southern route via Mt. Rushmore and missed Deadwood. Looks like I need to go back. Cool looking town.

I like this one very much - an alien but beautiful landscape.

great colors and reflection you captured, that must really be something to see in person.

Thanks guys. This place is definitely worth a trip. The scene as I edited it here is actually quite a bit darker and more sinister looking than it really was. The sun was pretty bright. But I wanted it to look kind of exotic and otherworldly.

Nice edit. I did look at it twice, not having seen quite that colour in icebergs. Very effective.

Thanks Jac. That color is actually natural, pretty much what I saw, but I did use the vibrancy brush to bring it out a bit more.
