Drove out to Valley of Fire yesterday afternoon to check out the meteor shower. I arrived Kind of late so I didn't get many daytime shots. Got my campground setup and got some shots of the Milky Way

Caught a shot of the crecent moon before it sunk behind the canyon walls... a little out of focus



By the time the meteor show began I was on my 5th beer so I didn't get many great shots haha. This was the only one worth posting


I did however try some star trails



I woke up early enough the next day to watch the sun rise over Elephant Rock



Went for a short drive before the long drive home and spotted some bighorn sheep
