I have driven past this car for about two years and just happened to have my camera handy, I edited it to B&W along with other changes. Any input would be great!

Good Job!

Hello jls, welcome to the Forum!
Overall, I like the photo. You've done a good job of matching the composition and presentation with the subject matter, something that most people find hard to do naturally.
By using B + W, you've removed color and any distractions from the subject. By placing in tightly and large in the frame (without wide-angle distortion) it forces the viewer to look carefully at the detail of the object, not the surroundings. Use of a fairly shallow depth of field reinforces the 'in your face' perspective and the crooked tilt of the car adds to the run down effect.
About the only suggestion I'd make is to try a slightly desaturated look, by turning down the contrast and/or clarity slightly. It might help or might not. It's fine the way it is, just an option.

like this perspective... b+w suits the subject well... the detail is very good, perhaps a bit more contrast might bring more oomph to the shot...
all in all a fine shot... dave m
