Hi

just playing with my camera. This is my attempt at star trails. 40 min exposure at 10:30PM. Amazing how bright the image is. Resized for upload to the board....

Managed to capture a light aircraft through the image.

Also looks like my lens or mirror is dirty :-(

Cool shot! I think there are quite a few threads with star photography
Hm, that might be dirt or heat spots. Or aliens! But you should be able to remove them in photoshop or similar software
