A nice truck, and the color is really beautiful, IMO. You've documented it well, but it doesn't really evoke any strong response from me.

You don't see these old or for that matter even new, "American" PU trucks often in South Africa these days, since the 70/80's Toyota and other Japanese LDV's (1 ton) dominate that part of the market....

looks to be a early fifties model with updated axles Christo, have you used it or just spotted and took pics. I would of loved to have this around the house.

Hi Bob, I only spotted it walking around Stellenbosch University campus, when I visited my son during my July holiday, it seems to be still in running condition...
