My great niece Sophie...



Last years seed pod..



Sophie again, unfortunately her eyes are a bit OOF, but i still think it is a cute shot, she is offering me a piece of candy, hehe

Sophie is so cute in the first one . My niece is so cute until she turned 5 ! No posing for me any more

The 1st. one is a great pic of Sophie. Can you tell me what lens you used and the settings (and what type of flash, if any)? I am at work and can't check the exif data (if attached) from my work computer. I'm trying to learn to take pictures of my grandson like that.

Kit Lens at F5.6 1/60 sec, ISO 100, I was using a Promaster 5550DX flash, in auto mode with a "better bounce card" attached
Click here to check out the better bounce card tutorial. ABetterBounceCard.com I made mine out of the foam paper, and some self adhesive velcro that I bought at walmart for a grand total of about $3.00 < enough to make 3 or 4 of them > works like a charm !!

And thanks for the comments, not hard to get a good shot of someone as cute as her eh?
