You need lots of added fat to make those guys taste good.

You bring the beef Norbert and I'll BBQ it. Like Susan said, very low fat content, but we can add a lot of spices to even that out. I'll take a ribeye and piece of prime rib and save the rest for you. I see you used a long lens for this shot.
