I thought it was purple fringing but...

The OOF ones at the very front are distracting to me. Could re crop to remove them? Nice photo otherwise.

Nope, now the purple is too close to her and it looks odd. Can you clone them out?

You like this better? I see there is a small strip of OOF purple I didn't see when I was editing it. Sorry about that. What do you use to edit your photos?

I used to dp pp with few on Ubuntu but I had to buy new pc and I'm waiting to reinstall Linux so now I'm using FastStone

I do like the oof woman. It looks like a watercolor painting, and contrasts nicely with the purple tones.

FastStone is what i use but not for editing, only for viewing. Then I used PhotoShop Elements 11 to do what I did on your photo. I know about Linux but have never had any interest in using it. I'm a windows woman through and through. And it is not because I'm a woman. I build and repair computers for a living I just like Windows better.

Maybe a higher F stop gets more in focus. Less shutter speed unless the Lavender is blowing in the wind.

I like the second on of those two. The OOF Lavender looks good here.
