Will be joining the club very soon as my wife and I are expecting our first any time now - 37 weeks tomorrow.

congrats on your arrival. We are 4.5 months into raising our first. And so far the sleepless nights have eased off. Now there is one or 2 wake ups in the night and you get used to the less sleep

Good luck Venturi! I only made it to 38 weeks - had to call in "in labour" to my last day of work!

BPT: Thanks - he's a pretty good bub so far, I have to say... two wake ups generally a night. I like the first photo the most - the focus is square on dad's smile

Christie, he certainly looks like an easy child and sleeps with a sweet dream. Not sure when I can go and take photographs of Joshua!

The first shot is really a good photo where the bokeh is blurred in the right areas, framing baby so well. The attention is directed from the father's view onto the baby. It directs viewer to view the baby the same way as the father.

p.s. it is better to be photographed and presented when you are still young! Wait until you get to 90!

Nice shots and congrats on the new addition ! No worries some kids get it right after a few weeks (sleeping through the night) some not so much - My son was of the later group , here's hoping yours catches on quicker !
