Lens: Sigma 17-70 f2.8-4.5 Camera: K30
Posted By: Cee Cee, 09-13-2013, 08:11 AM

picked up a new K30 packaged with a sigma 17-70 f2.8-4.5 for AU$650 ( about $600 US ) just fitted the lens & battery, left it on whatever the default settings were and took these in the failing evening light, a orchid that had just opened yesterday, & Bruce .... he always looks grumpy when I shove a camera in his face the first shot with the new sigma lens the others with AT-X Pro 28-70 f2.8

Those are great shots CC, that camera/lens appears to be a wonderful combo. Great upgrade, no matter what Bruce says.

thanks Bob, Its certainly different to what I'm used to (K20), Bruce is going to have to get over it while I'm on the learning curve, cheers

All Bruces are like that, trust me, I know. Like me he will get over it ........ eventually.

Seriously, nice photos and a very handsome cat if I may say so.
