Local dealer was selling some New old stock Sigma 17-70 f2.8-4 Macro ( 1:1.2.3 ) lenses . What can I say , a NIB lens for the price of a used one ...
Horrid day for macro , but managed a few ...

it's a great lens and while the subject matter may not be what you were after you captured it well.

Sorry , by horrid I meant windy , constantly changing light , I dont mind photographing flies , though they are nasty little blighters ..
And come summer , ill probably want to kill them all rather than photograph them ...

Hopefully by then , there will be a plethora of other insects to photograph
