Only picture in focus so far
Lens: Pentax M 100mm F4 Macro Camera: Pentax K100D super

Wow , got a new to me Pentax M 100mm F4 Macro lens ..

Its way to windy for this lens out there ATM - out of all my shots I have one image in actual focus ..

Only hope for windy conditions is to use burst mode and hope that the motion caused by the wind will be cancelled by any motion of the camera so that the key parts line up in focus. Works once in a while for me, and while you end up with a lousy keeper rate and a lot of photos to filter though, at least you get some chance for a keeper or two.

Im still to try Burst mode or continuous shutter mode ( Full Auto ) .. One of these days ..

Not bad I concur macro photography and wind generally don't match. It's a great lens and I am sure you'll enjoy it.

The lens sure does want a lot of light - One of the things Ive noticed so far ... Might be time to start looking at some Macro lighting solutions ...

Very nice, Matt! Great sharpness and bokeh. I had the very same lens, but last year, I sold it to Tonytee due to my poor eyesight. He's since went on to become a master in it's use!
