Lovely model you have. Black and White does it for me. I find the colour a bit 'wrong' her complexion matches her hair colour and the neck scarf is distracting.

The B&W does bring out her lovely face more, but I'm partial to the color version, as I'd hate to miss out on her unusual hair color. In any case, both you and the model did a great job here!

If I remember correctly from your other posts, she's your wife, right? Lucky guy.

When wearing blush like she is, you have to stick with the color version, or the blush looks like sunken in parts of her face rather than makeup when converted to mono. The hair color and skin tone also brings your eye to the foreground, rather than being distracted by the white background trees. The trees in the black and white version do not separate the viewer's eye from the model enough. For these reasons, the color is definitely the better version.
