Wild Side of Yellowstone

Even though we only spent one day of a planned seven day trip to Yellowstone, we were able to see some local wildlife. Here are a few examples. The Crow followed ua around for close to a hour looking for food. Thr Grizzly we got lucky. 3-4 minutes either way and we would have missed him. Cheers JIM

Nice moose pics! When the wife and I were there last year we didn't see any. The rangers told us that they never really moved back in after the fires in the 80's.

Could be. These were about a hour from the park entrance. I believe the Crow is really a Raven! Cheers JIM

Jim, I like the image of the crow in the rain/snow. The bokeh is great.

Nice shots! Spent a week in Yellowstone & Grand Tetons in late August and saw nary a grizzly anywhere. Did see moose a couple of times, especially as we were driving out of the park -naturally.)
