Great photos here Kyle, enjoyed the view. I think I could of been a Porsche guy instead of a Vette guy if I had owned that 550.

A really nicely rendered group of photos, Kyle. When I was in grad school, a friend of mine had an 850 - not fast but loads of fun. I remember test driving a 124 - another cool car, for sure. I'd love to take a spin in that 550 Spyder.

Nice photos but far too many spyders considering the number of snakes. I thought cobras ate spyders (metaphorically that is certain)

More of a rodent diet, I believe.

I had an 850 Spyder years ago. My first love affair with a car. Like most affairs it was fun but ended badly.

Great handling, it could do a U-turn on a table top as I recall. Underpowered and unreliable but for all that I loved it.

It had some sort of problem with the starting motor. I had to remove it and sand the armature every 2 months or so to get it to start.

Got so I could do the job in about 20 minutes and it was good for another 2 months.

It didn't love Canadian winters however - but who does?

Thanks for the memories.
