On the Praires
Lens: 24-70 Photo Location: Southern Alberta ISO: 100 Shutter Speed: 1/200s Aperture: F8

After we found out Yellowstone was shut down we decided to head on a 12 hour drive to the Canadian Rockies. [Banff, Jasper] Along the way we got a few interesting shots. Here are a few examples. JIM

Truly a shame about the park closure, but at least it "forced" you to find these amazing scenes. Each a gem, but I am especially taken by the light and mist in #3.

These are all simply terrific, bud. The first one is a classically beautiful composition - very nice, indeed.
