When you get up too early

Did I mention been in a bit of a photographic funk lately ? Well yesterday once again got up too early and took a walk down the path to the wetlands ..

#1 - Cloud Movement ....112s exposure


#2 - The water here looks like ice which it will be soon enough 89s exposure

I don't like early, too early is something that is on the crazy side buddy. Man I like that second shot you took, way cool. Looks like it is "Cold as Ice"

You know you are in a funk when you start getting up before sunrise in search of material. Luckily for you, though.... it worked! These are really very cool! Now you need to get over to Europe and try the same technique on some Amsterdam canal or Italian coastal village. Two thumbs up!

You have got to quit getting up so early Dave. That is what most likely caused your funk to begin with. Nice captures though.

I really enjoy your early morning excursions. That pond looks like a great place to watch the sun rise, or maybe get out to before the sun rises, as the case may be. Still, it's funny to me that you keep labeling these "Cityscape." Looks pretty secluded to me.

ha Thanks Em I was reluctant to call them Landscapes as too much suburbia that's what I wish I could label them as suburbia !
