One of our favorite places to visit is Sedona Arizona. It has a certain peace to the small village that is surrounded by massive sandstone formations. Oak Creek Canyon should have some change of color, we will drive up it today and enjoy the beauty.

Nice pics, Bob! Now I wish I could go back to all those places I saw in the States years ago - with my current camera!

Very nice colors, of course, which I missed when I stopped only long enough for apple pie and coffee on some motorcycle outing many years ago...

not only your camera but your experience as a photographer Rob. Make sure and visit a location with sandstone and erosion a wonderful combination.

It's not that far Kyle, you have got to come up this way, guarantee you won't be disappointed and Tuzigoot and Montezuma Indian ruins sites are close by along with many other photo ops,

Thanks Bob! I didn't get to Death Valley but we did visit Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon. I also got to see Bryce from the air (and Yosemite for that matter)! Central Oz was very cool for ancient landscapes but yes, I'd like to see some places like Death Valley and Sedona.

Awesome images Bob. I would frame the first one. The warmth of colour and tone is wonderful. Thanks for sharing.

Beautiful scenery, Bob. And well captured.

What is that structure near the base of #2. A church?

I almost tossed that one Tess, it is a bit soft but I still liked the image so posted it. I guess everything doesn't have to be sharp.
