Well, there's a reason why it's called the photographer's paradise with new faces every season. Midnight sun in summer with long golden hours, soft light in winter and Aurora, colorful autumn with tons of reds.

Other than being known as the land of fire and ice, I think it should also be called the land of waterfalls! Waterfalls everywhere you go and I've only shown the iconic ones.

Great stuff, lots of familiar scenery. I lived and worked in Southern Iceland for about 10 weeks in the summer. Looks like you ventured pretty close to Skógafoss in the 1st picture, did you get wet?

Well I got a little wet but it wasn't that close though. I was a lot wetter shooting Gullfoss with all the spray and wind. But shooting behind Seljalandsfoss waiting for sunset was definitely a challenge. Felt like it was raining and my camera and lens all wet like as if it's been soaked in water. It sucked when the camera ran outta battery when the sun finally burst through the thick clouds. I had to run back to the car to charge the battery and missed out some of the nice light...
