Landscape Last Stop

We ended our trip at one of our favorite state parks. We managed to get a site right on the lake which was a treat as they are usually taken really fast. Even Georgia had a bit of fall color.

A trio of sliders I think.

For comparison this was taken with the Tammy 90mm macro

This was taken with the sigma 18-250mm macro. The colors here are almost too much.

The only HDR in this series

Common name of this plant is "Hearts a Poppin'"

Enjoyed your entire trip series. The colors here look a lot like what we had here for a few days. A series of thunderstorms rolled thru Thursday, and pretty much stripped the trees.

Thanks Patrick. We have mostly long leaf pines and scrub oaks in our area so it is always nice to see some hardwoods with fall colors.
