Nice shot, but it was a shame you clipped off the tiger's ear..... But the coloring is terrific, and I like the composition.

The clipped ear doesn't really detract, for me anyway. I think it's great

Nice colours and contrast, looks a little soft on my screen.

I agree Workingdog.. i dont think the ear is a distraction, in fact I didn't even notice it until I read the thread...

What drives me crazy is I want to see what he is stretching to see!! .. from the look of it, it is very interesting..

It was shot from about 40 feet with a crappy promaster 200 mm lens that's why it's a little soft. I reckon the tiger was no more than 30 yards from where I was standing, but there was a wire mesh fence that kept me safe and didn't show in the photo. I think the tiger was going for it's play ball which was floating in the pool (same pool as the bubble photo I posted a while back and is in the abstract gallery).

Not technically great (soft) but still a very cool shot. I enjoyed it.
