not enough fat for me, but you did a great job on this photo Dave, really looks good in b/w.

I have a rule to never eat anything that I look in the eye first. He is a lovely critter and the PP is perfect. Good one Dave.

looks great in B/W. I do prefer mine a bit more done tho. like at least on a plate

Nice shot. Like the post processing. Hard to believe , but for many years, Winnipeg City policemen on the beat in winter, used to wear buffalo coats.

Thanks Bob yep it's a pretty lean meat for sure , but tasty.

Thanks lesmore49 indeed those coats are warm. It gets pretty damn chilly here and they always seem to be ok.

You'd need to know a special baker to get a suitably sized bun for that one.

BTW it looks pretty pissed, did you tell it your intentions?.

Nice capture and conversion! I always find it hard to properly expose them as they are so dark in contrast to their surroundings. Well done!

Thanks GTogs - yes I would agree with that , they make for a tough exposure.
