My 3 Dawgs
Lens: various Camera: K-5 Photo Location: South Algonquin, Ontario

I thought I would bore you with photos of my best buds. Every morning they get me out the door and then they are so patient as I get lost in the task of taking photos.

Tripper in our special wetland

I have to hold the camera down at hip level or use live view to get a shot of camera-shy Dreamer these days.

Misty is a joyful dog who has won everyone over with her affectionate and playful demeanour

In close -- Tripper loves the camera

Old Dreamer today -- he is 14

Beautiful, Tess! And what a way to spend the morning with all that at your back door.

And look at that tongue on Misty! Too cute

Happy Birthday Dreamer! Wonderful series Tess. They all made me smile, but the ones of Misty made me smile more! Dreamer looks so wise and Tripper so serious in comparison to Misty.

Wow! What a capture. There's certainly a story in each one of these. Makes me think fondly of the dogs i have had the pleasure of knowing.

I'm amazed that Misty can fit all that tounge into her mouth!

Your dogs are clearly happy and well-loved. Thanks for sharing these.

I didn't know that way "oot" there in Northern Ontario dogs were called "dawgs" .... I used to call mine "doogs" when I was in Hearst!

You are right about my pups Ted. Trip is the serious member of the group, and Dreamer is beyond wise. Thanks for smiling and for commenting

Thanks hawkeye, Dogs impact our very being and I still have dreams about all the dogs that have come and gone from my life.

Thanks Bob… Misty should be a therapy dog. She makes everyone feel better instantly!

LOL, I can hear that Hearst accent now! Tipper's name is Tripper Dawg and we use to drawl the word 'dog' as a joke, now we say it so often it is the norm around here!

Always enjoy your "DAWGS". Now that we have a puppy, I've been shooting more video as she is a real clown with her crazy antics. Yesterday she flipped over her small bed (was under it) and proceeded to run around the living room. It looked like one of those robot vacuums darting all over the place (you couldn't see any of Ginger, just the bed whizzing about). I missed getting most of it but I should put what I got on youtube.
