Great shot! Cool! Looks like they have added a couple of really nicely restored aircraft to the collection since I was there! I don't remember seeing the F111, or the silver Mirage being so shiny. My first experience of Williamtown as a chlid was waiting beside the runway in a twin engined light plane while an entire squadron of Mirages landed. Awesome! I just checked my photos and it looks like they have completely rearranged the aircraft on display to make room for the F111 - which strictly speaking isn't a fighter.
Here's what was on display back in 2010:
Two Mirage III-O, de Havilland Vampire, Singaporean Hawker Hunter, Indian Mig 21, Macchi trainer, Avon Sabre, Gloster Meteor and in the foreground a model of the Boomerang WW2 Australian designed and built fighter.
