Horse Power
Lens: DA* 60-250 Camera: K5 iis Photo Location: Sherwood Park, Alberta

It may look really cold but the temps were hovering around 0 C which is freezing. Now this may be extremely cold to some , for me it was a beautiful day :-) .

#2 - I believe this is a Shetland Pony ?


#4 - I should have brought some carrots or apples as these guys were having a hard time finding some hay beneath the snow and when they saw me it's like whatcha got ? Can I eat that camera ?

Yep it looks cold. Still the scenery is cool! So did stubby (#2) ever seal the deal? Probably not, he looks kind of down!!

Those horses don't look like they agree with you on the weather Dave. Looks darn cold.

great horse photos buddy, but it IS cold, very COLD there, you just can't feel the pain anymore.

I suspect like the rest of us they are complaining on the inside and put up with it on the outside

haha not quite that cold that day but there are days here were I suspect the blood would freeze on a cut.

Without to much wind this is not cold at all. Better than the howling wind and rain over here! Glad to see you enjoying a nice trip outside.
