the Last Minute of Daylight

a longshot of the sunset from our campsite in Nevada which was enjoyed with a fine Merlot.

that's an amazing colour, are you sure it wasn't taken earlier in the day looking through the glass of Merlot a " Merlot filter ". A really nice shot Bob, ... cheers

we had some very nice weather EM, so was sitting and waiting for the sunset

Yes buddy very enjoyable for sure. If you start too early on the Merlot, the sunsets seems a bit fuzzy.

what a great idea for a new filter CC, I'll have a glass of the Merlot and think about that.
