As I was loading my equipment I my car to leave Loxahatchee I looked up to see this Bobcat observing me.

Cool shot, you really nailed the focus. No focal length given, I assume it was 500mm, given the shallow DOF?

Too bad he's sitting on the road, the long grass makes a superb background.

That's a great shot, you can just see the wild animal that's still him and a clue as to where our now domesticated cats came from.

Wow -- super. Really caught the bobcat's wariness, posing quite literally on the edge of the wild.

Loxahatchee is a great place -- I had my first visit there about a month ago, and look forward to returning.
