Thank you to all who passed comment on this. Everyone hit on the simplicity of the result and rightly so as this was the aim. But a complex set of conditions all came together to create it. One head of grass alone in a paddock of millions, The sun and atmosphere conspired to put the late afternoon light behind and a dark still pool in front, with no wind to speak of. All by chance. I could walk through there a million times and never come across that set of circumstances again. The opportunity to witness and sometimes capture the randomness of nature, is the pleasure I get out of photography.
