Rainy typical weather today ...I buy a lens, it rains. However, here are a few prime examples of what my new M 24-50 f/4 can do.

All at F11 under a skylight on a white sheet of paper.

Nice shots. How do you like the 85 F2.0? There have been several copies floating around lately and I'm interested in your opinion.

I have only owned the M85 a couple of weeks but, its my favorite lens, even over my FA50. I prefer the 85 reach outside and IQ is excellent imho. The focusing is outstanding on this and all my M lenses, the A too. I don't miss AF at all.

Here is another example of the M85 used to capture the M 24-50 (the lens that took the above photos)

Nice collection of lenses. I'm trying to nab a few of the A series for my bag. Got my 50 1.7, now I need a 24 or 28 mm on the short end.

Sounds good. At least the old primes are affordable and just as good imho. I actually like the image on the old lens more than the new ones, there is just something about it.
