Self portrait. One off camera flash, not diffused, remotely triggered. Heart on left cheek was SOOC.
Gear in picture: Pentax K-3, Sigma 17-70mm Contemporary, and Sigma 610 Super.

Great job.
A bit serious for my tastes, but quite professional, both as photographer and of the subject, IMO.
I don't know the acronym SOOC.
