A couple of roses snapped while walking back to the room after breakfast.

very nice capture, it appears the rose has frozen at one time or is on its way out.

Thanks Bob! I don't think these have been frozen - hasn't got that cold yet I don't think. But all of the roses in the area were definitely past their prime. I thought that added some interest to the shot.

Very cool, Jerry - catching these aging roses at an interesting period of their existence. I guess I'm at an analogous period in my existence, but I don't look that good .
