A quail in an acacia tree

....awesome! Very nice composition and colours. Nice detail on the quail.

Weird, I don't think I've ever seen a quail in a tree before. They're always running around on the ground, their head-feathers bobbing, making silly noises.

Great capture, though!

I can't recall a time I had seen one in a tree before either. For many years, I didn't even know they could fly....lol
