We are still waiting on our summer rains (no summer rain, no grass growth). The dry times are starting to bite. A sunset sky here with no hope of relief. On the right is the silhouette of a velvety Tree Pear (a feral pest plant courtesy of the Americas). The cactus sets off the theme of growing drought. I didn't really go out to take photographs. I was on a feral control mission which was "mission accomplished" in the first five minutes. The rest of it was just a walk to see how much stock feed I had left in that paddock.
