Very nice colouring in the flower and lighting was very good.

Great use of the light. That 17-70 sure does make lovely images.

Such fine colors and details - I think I like the bud even more than the open blossom!

CC, it's amazing isn't it the beauty that evolves from cacti. They give everything they have to reproduce, sometimes in the desert with only a few inches of rain a year.
