Early Morning moon
Lens: Sigma 50-500 Camera: K5 iis Photo Location: Sherwood Park, Alberta ISO: 400 Shutter Speed: 1/125s Aperture: F9.5

Well the Bigma was strapped on the K5 IIs this morning and when I looked at the sky thought that this would make for a cool picture. The moon In a sea of clouds. Little noisy and some highlights are blown out , but I like it

Very nice daacon, but, it needs a witch on a broom flying in front of it...

That's not early morning... that's more like the middle of the night, I'm getting worried that you don't sleep at all.

By the time you cue the witch, the moon has moved out of frame. Happens to me all the time.

Great composition and execution, buddy - the disparate elements of cloud and moon really work on this kind of spooky photo.

A great shot with the mournful sound of a Werewolf howling in the background.

Love this one, Dave. Nice definition on the craters with a gibbous moon.
