Nice collection. Some of those beg to be made b&w - like the 2nd one IMO .

Fascinating, Stefan. I notice the dhows (or something similar) the fishermen are using - a design that dates back centuries.

Thank you, Jer. You're right: the ships are old dhows--I saw them in the old port of Dubai, too.

Thank you, Dave. I like your choice: #7--the power of gruesome! I wish had moved just a bit more to the right to accentuate the geometry in #4--which now seems to also lack a bit of contrast.
