I got out about a week ago and am just getting around to looking at these closely. We have had a very cold week her in Northern California - well cold for California It has been freezing for over a week. Our swimming pool has been freezing over and my son wanted to see if the dog could walk on it . . . . .but I digress. We went out aroung the Sutter Buttes which is the smallest mountain range in the world and did some shooting. Light was poor as it was high noon but we did see some interseting ice in an orchard. It was caused by the sprinklers running all night.

Can someone tell me what I did to the ice crystal picture? It is the wrong aspect ratio now and I sized it exactly the same as the barn????
