It looks almost as scary as the 1.2 Km Homer Tunnel on the road to Milford Sound in New Zealand, the longest and darkest road tunnel I have been in. I waited for 15 minutes in order to follow another vehicle.

Love the contrast in the second photo and the colours of the first. Some great photos there.

As they say the light at the end of the tunnel might be a train. I'm at the point that the light at the end of the tunnel isn't a train because retirement is just round the corner

Good shots love the second one.

Great shot, at least with it being on a road, you know it's not an oncoming train.

Looks like a cool place to cruise a sports car, brother Bob. Nice shots. I especially like the second - it has that funky treatment that, as you know, I like.

You're the Winner. Isn't it great us RV'ers recognize things thousands of miles from us. You gotta love the lifestyle.

We have to avoid them traveling as we do in a motorhome, I am always amazed at the engineering and work that must of gone into building these way back in the day.

several of the tunnels we have gone through we had to be escorted and oncoming lanes were closed until we got through.

thanks for looking, the 2nd one turned out sort of gritty and I liked the appearance so kept it that way.
