Wish I could remember how to make these large photos a bit smaller so they could be seen comfortably on my 17" monitor. This looks like it is a really beautifully colored bird.

I am not sure if you are but the best thing to do is to upload them to you album on pentaxforums, it makes them easier for everyone to see.

As for this shot I like it but I would definitely do some Noise reduction in PP.

I've a few of these kamikaze fellows around me, all doing their "Chickie Run" against the vehicle.

Perhaps i should look up noise reduction tutorial in GIMP, never heard of that.
Yep, i need to rethink how i post stuff here. These are the size that I upload to my website, not sure I want to upload mini pics to my site, just so I can show them here.
I suppose I could donate some money to increase my album space, but if I didn't I would run out of storage quickly here.
I won't be posting big pics here anymore, they show up fine and sized reasonable on my linux box with Firefox, but i know that other systems may not handle the size and resolution so elegantly.
Sorry!

Its definitely worth donating some money. Its a cheap price to pay for the added features you get, There is so much information to be had here and so many techniques to learn. For me the donation is a very small price to pay for the benefit found here at the forums.

I don't see the need to alter how you posted. Each user has settings in their profile that can be altered if they are having frequent trouble viewing images. As has been discussed, you can limit the max size photos are displayed if the forum's automatic settings aren't working.
