Very nice… When I visited there, I gave the security guard a good chuckle, by lying down right under the center of the dome to get a similar shot. Mine was with the 18-55, so not quite wide enough to get a view like yours.

You probably had to push a few drunken legislators out of the way to get a good spot.

I think they were out of session at the time, it was really pretty empty. And it was during the week, so not many tourists either.

Now, seeing this, I wish I'd owned my 12-24 at the time!

Thanks everyone! I would have laid down, too, for an even wider shot, but I was chaperoning a school field trip and thought it wouldn't quite look right to the kids. :-)

Wow, amazing! The UWA/fisheye really works well for this scene! And I like that its so bright, full of detail and.. big!

for the GIMP, for Free Software, I give an excellent mark!

HDR is not always looks good.
But for architectural images HDR is suitable.

Fine.

I like how this is turned slightly. It's symmetry but then with that slight angle, not quite. Keeps it interesting. Nice shot!
