Panteg..I know Mumbles well, it used to be accessed via a tram.
We used to holiday on the Gower coast in the sixties, as my Mother had a friend in Morriston, where we would stay.
I live in Aus now, we have some old lighthouses here too, built in the early 1800s.

Beach

Was at the beach yesterday with a welsh friend and we were discussing UK beaches. Picture is of Bar Beach Little Nippers

Pleased you enjoyed the pictures and that they were able to bring back good memories for you.
If you were to visit now you would find that Mumbles has changed very little!
The pier is being renovated at the moment and a new life boat station is being built , other than that its about the same.
