Good series. Focus, exposure and sharpness is good, and the exposure is just long enough to give the photo a nice sense of flow, without looking hectic or "foggy." Very hard to expose for flowing water, especially when there is snow and ice! Well done

edit: And that tree looks very 3D!

Jim, I was so thrilled to see you had posted again and you didn't disappoint. I'll be mildly critical and say #2 doesn't quite work for me, but the other three as stunning. I don't know if you regularly sell your work or not, but I would think these images would have a wide and potentially paying audience. In short, fantastic.

Very nice. On the water did you use neutral density filter or polarizer filter to get that effect ?

Wow, really cool! My favourites are #1 and #3, but they all are really fantastic. You've captured the flowing water well and the ice makes the picture very interesting - something for me to work toward

Missed you Jim. You came back with a vengeance didn't you. A wonderful set of images. The first one blew me away until I saw the rest of the series. The ice looks like crystal on a chandelier. Well done as always.

Good question and the answer is neither. I lightg was low enough and going to F22 was enough as the stream was moving fast. its all about the speed of the water.JIM
