Sunset through Tamarisks
Photo Location: Coachella Valley, CA
Posted By: Bob Harris, 02-13-2014, 06:21 PM

The East is getting all the extreme cold and here in Southern California we are having a heat spell of sorts. Temps reached 90f today and the setting sun through the trees almost looked liked fire.

Cool photo Bob, I wish we could ship you some snow, but sounds like it would just melt anyway.

We were glad to see you got quite a bit of moisture up north, need more snowpack though.

Neat shot. It really does look like a fire, especially in the bottom left.

please send something other than crows, that is the main bird down this way. I am camped next to an old buzzard though, yeah it is warm for this time of the year.

there weren't any clouds around for a pretty sunset, so I shot it through the trees which turned out better than a sunset. Yes, fire for sure buddy.
